We hope you love your Little Noora purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Personalized products

Due to the custom nature of engraved or embroidered items, personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
